School Bus Sign Up

Attention Parents/Guardians,

If your child will be riding the bus to their school of choice, you must reserve their seat by completing the transportation request form. Please fill out the form below completely and return it to Dial-A-Ride or dan@manisteebus.com as soon as possible. Completing this form is required to ensure your child has a seat on the bus for the upcoming school year.
